Torcello: the jewel of the Venetian lagoon, where one can admire the oldest church of the whole area. The basilica of Santa Maria Assunta and its unique Byzantine mosaics, its evocative atmosphere, vegetable gardens and countryside.
Santa Maria Assunta Basilica, the nearby Baptistry and the Romanesque church of Santa Fosca create the most impressive architectural complex among all the buildings of the lagoon area.
Tour 10 - The southern lagoon
One hour by boat trip, sailing the lagoon arriving at Chioggia. A picturesque and cheerful town of the Venetian lagoon with its famous fish market as fishing being the most important income for its inhabitants.
